CALL FOR PROPOSALS

Workshop Proposal Submission Forms for the 2011 AGATE Conference - are now available!

Proposal Submission Guidelines:

One form per proposal is to be completed. Deadline for submitting proposals is July 31st. To submit
a proposal, please be prepared to give the following information:

Step 1:

• The following contact information will be needed: name, address, school phone number,
  home phone number, email address, your position, lead presenter's name, and co-presenter
  if applicable

Step 2:

• The following proposal information will be needed - format of proposal; title of proposal
  [this title will be in the program]; summary of proposal [This summary will be used in the
  program. Summary is to be 140 words or less]; focus(es) of presentation; target audience;
  number of sessions for presentation [sessions are 1 hour long]; preference of session
  [Saturday AM/PM or none]; and equipment/room needs [access to internet, projector
  screen, access to computer/projector system].

Step 3:

• Print your completed proposal form before clicking on submit button. Once you have
  submitted a proposal, you will not be able to go back and make changes.

Proposals will receive an email confirmation with further information regarding the timeline for
