AGATE Student Academic Excellence Award

In order to be eligible for the AGATE Student Academic Excellence Award, recipients and their nominators must do the following:

NOMINATION GUIDELINES:

Please submit answers to the following on two pages or less:

• What are you committed to doing and becoming as an adult?
• When and where do you believe you make a contribution to the lives of others?
• Describe an area of talent or aptitude in which you demonstrate excellence and/or school leadership.

NOMINATOR:

On a separate sheet of paper, nominators need to explain their reasons for nomination of this student. Include comments to assist the committee in considering the nominee; How did this student come to your attention? Attach any supporting information such as special awards, interests and honors. Please include a transcript with the student’s current grades and self-addressed stamped envelope.

Nominations for the 2010-2011 school year must be received by June 30, 2011.
